LinkanLabs provides performance-based marketing services for construction companies in Sweden. We generate qualified home-visit bookings through paid advertising, websites, and SEO. Specific deliverables, pricing, and campaign scope are defined in a separate agreement with each client.
Our service is result-based. Where a guarantee of a minimum number of home visits within a set period is offered, the remedy for failing to meet that guarantee is limited to the continuation of services at no additional cost until the promised number of qualified visits is delivered, or another remedy specified in your agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable according to the schedule in your service agreement. Late payments may result in the suspension of services. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and case studies — is the property of LinkanLabs or its clients and may not be reproduced without permission. Marketing assets created for a client become the client’s property upon full payment, to the extent specified in the agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkanLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim during the preceding three months.
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the notice period stated in that agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees accrued for services already rendered and leads already delivered.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
